Happy Christmas Everyone & Reflecting On The Last 12 Months
I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year. I'm taking some time off over the next few weeks to chill out, walk the dogs, cook great food, take pictures for a project I'm working on and generally recharge my batteries over the festive period.
Reflecting on a wonderful year back in Winchester as I have worked with some of the most amazing and inspiring people here in Hampshire and Winchester. I'm utterly astonished an entire year has passed since we moved back.
I have had massive highs and a couple of lows since being back. Some plans have not worked out but heck its life! The universe has its plans and I have learnt to trust it. The blog has taken a few steps back as I have been so busy with my photography work and the beauty side of things has gone through the roof.
On reflection I feel it's been one of the best years of my life so far. 2018 looks set to be simply incredible. I have a wonderful supportive family around me and some of the most treasured friends a girl could wish for. Work wise I'm in such a great place and looking forward to producing educational and engaging content for all of you. More beauty tips, more fashion, behind the scenes and hopefully if I can loads of videos. I can't promise it all as life has a way of throwing obstacles in the way. But that's my intention.
I'm taking 2 weeks off to plan out 2018 the best I can. Really get a grips where my work is taking me and how I can help others even more. I love to inspire and give others the confidence to make their dreams come true. So next year is all about YOU and how I can help.
The only thing I'm disappointed about is that we have not had any snow this year! I have been longing to shoot a snow day etherial photoshoot of some kind....Fingers crossed my dream will come true over the next few weeks!
On the up side I have discovered a brilliant new fashion store called The End. They are based in Watford and thankfully they deliver all over the UK free of charge if you spend over £50. I have been stocking up on items for my photoshoots for clients. My fashion rail in my studio looks delightful, very healthy and I'm really excited that I discovered them. All thanks to following Lydia Elise Millen, she's a well known vlogger and influencer. If you have been living under a rock, or not familiar with the blogging world! She's also a nice girl doing what she loves. Her style is fresh and modern but in a classic way. So thanks Lydia for putting The End under my radar! My clients love their items! Naturally the Jumper dress pictured is from their store! Check out The End Watford's Instagram.
But for now I wish you all a Very Happy Christmas, a wonderful and prosperous new year!
