Vegan Raw Pad Thai
Today’s post is a really incredible clean eating dupe of my favourite Planet Organic dish. Raw pad thai has to be one of the most amazing, delicious and down right mouth watering meals you can create. Its packed with raw goodness thats also wonderful for skin. Its also wildly messy and tons of fun to make.
You can make a huge batch and keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days. Its an easy way to keep healthy when the snaking cravings set in.
We are tremendously healthy in our house and always have been. We rarely eat cakes or sweet treats. Only now and again we will rustle up a chocolate cake when we have guests staying. We don’t eat puddings as we all prefer savoury dishes. So this is one of our go to dishes we keep in the fridge most of the time.
Now this took a while to perfect and lots of trips to Planet Organic. Planet Organic is one of our all time favourite places to grab a healthy lunch. Seeing as they don’t give out recipe cards for their meals we had to experiment with this one to get it just right!
So here is my closest recipe for raw pad thai with a skin boosting treat I could come up with. Trust us its a perfect dupe and delicious!
