My career has been the same for over 20 years. And although I've had criticism for changing direction it's actually never shifted away from one main factor. That essential factor is that I love to help others feel really beautiful. Be it my beauty services, styling for photoshoots, education or now sharing inspiration on my blog.
My career is going in a wonderful direction right now. I'm helping so many wonderful women, brands and companies create new and exciting things. It all comes down to the same factors for everything I do....Design, image and presentation.
My first love was fashion design, patten cutting and fashion photography. I feel this has had an incredible impact on my career. I used to cut out images from glossy magazines and make scrapbooks. A little like Pinterest but in my early years! I was ahead of the game! Now my blog is my own personal style and beauty scrapbook!
My blog is also little outlet for mine and my husbands photography. Now living back in Winchester we have an abundance of beautiful locations to scout for clients so we are constantly with our cameras. So it makes real sense to document what we get up to! I want to continually share my adventures here on my blog. I'm hoping to do more and more lifestyle posts soon so you all can follow my journey wherever it takes me!
For this outfit I wore wandering about Winchester last week I wanted to really appreciate a sunny day! Lord knows they are few and far between these days! Pink and Khaki really work so well together and this is one of my favourite looks I've worn in a long time. On a rare day the sun came out you need to grab the cutest off the shoulder top you can find.
My inspiration for this outfit was the beautiful top and my all time favourite pink heels of the moment. Then rummaging through my new purchases my eyes went straight to the fuchsia slacks. They are from H&M and every year I stock up on various patterns but somethings happened this year and I've stayed away from anything too busy. Opting for more classic lines and silhouettes.
The makeup for this look was as usual chosen when laying out my outfit. Pink lips and a nice soft khaki eye, strong brows and perfect foundation with my all time essential cream blusher.
