A True Classic
My wardrobe for the first few weeks has gone into melt down and I've had times when I really didn't have a clue what to throw on. I am sure you are totally the same. Dressing for changeable weather can be really frustrating so when I stumble upon a true classic or two to take me into a new season I'm trilled to bits.
I've always been someone who loves a quirky top, a cool jacket or that really unusual one off item. My clothes really mean a lot to me, so when I find really beautiful items that have longevity written all over them I can't say no.
Up until the last few weeks my winter wardrobe had no chance of direction. It was a little lost, just like most of the sunshine recently. Then I found a few new luxury items and it all started to fall into place.
I have stopped purchasing from places like Primark and ASOS, opting for more quality items that will have more longevity. I have become more careful with my spending and in turn decided to pick up more classic items that will come out year after year. I have made it a mission to only spend good money on essential, classic and flattering key pieces.
My staple uniform are jeans, shirts and camisoles. I have been searching for truly beautiful and stylish elements that can bring to life a multitude of looks. Finding the perfect pair of distressed black jeans is like finding gold dust. These stunners are from Mosh Moss and I intend of picking up a few more very soon! Just like my mother said "If you find something you love buy more than one" its nothing to do with fashion, its a style thing!
I have at last listened to my own inner personal stylist and made very grown up decisions with my wardrobe recently!
I'm wearing Rails check shirt, Moss Mosh jeans, Art Du Basic camisole, Modalu bag, Zara heels, Gucci Love bangle, Oliver Bonas stack bangles and River Island sunglasses.
I picked up most of my new designer wardrobe items at the new boutique we have in town called Sass & Edge. I highly recommend that you nip in for a look, its utterly incredible. But if you don't live near Winchester come back soon as I will be posting an entire blog post all about this gorgeous shop very soon!
